Dinoboo Hub is a SaaS Business OS (web and mobile) that helps organizations manage tenants, apps (Social, Warehouse, POS, CRM, Hospitality, AI Agent, and more) under one account.

This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use:

• The Dinoboo Hub website (e.g. hub.dinoboo.vn)

• The Dinoboo Hub mobile apps on Google Play / the App Store

• Related services (sign-in, package billing, social integrations, AI, etc.).

Depending on how you use the product, we may process:

• Account data: name, email, hashed password, phone (if provided).

• Organization / workspace data: org name, configuration, in-org roles and app grants.

• Business data you enter: customers, orders, inventory, stays, connected social conversations, AI chat content — controlled by your organization.

• Billing: package / wallet orders and transaction references; payment gateways (e.g. SePay) process payments under their own policies. We do not store full card numbers on Dinoboo systems.

• Third-party integrations: tokens / connection codes when you link Facebook, Zalo, or similar services within the scopes you authorize.

• Technical & analytics: IP address, device / browser type, error logs, and web usage analytics (e.g. Microsoft Clarity) to improve the product.

• Mobile permissions: only when a feature needs them (e.g. camera / photo library for uploads, notifications if enabled). We do not collect data beyond feature needs.

We use data to:

• Provide, operate, and secure Dinoboo Hub.

• Authenticate users, manage orgs, and enforce app permissions.

• Process package purchases / payments and provide support.

• Improve the product and detect fraud or abuse.

• Comply with legal obligations in Vietnam when lawfully required.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for independent marketing.

Data may be shared with:

• Infrastructure / hosting, email, and analytics providers (e.g. Clarity) as needed to run the service.

• Payment gateways (SePay or equivalents) to complete transactions.

• Social platforms (Meta, Zalo, etc.) when you connect integrations.

• Public authorities when required by law.

Processors must protect data consistently with the purposes above.

Data is stored on servers / cloud services used to operate the product. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, password hashing, org-scoped access controls).

Retention: for as long as the account / org remains active, plus a period needed for backups, dispute resolution, or legal duties; data may then be anonymized or deleted under internal procedures.

Under applicable Vietnamese law (including personal data protection rules in force), you may request to:

• Access or update account information.

• Request deletion or restriction (unless law or contract requires retention).

• Withdraw consent for optional integrations (e.g. disconnect a page).

Dinoboo Hub is intended for business users / adults of working age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. Contact us to request deletion if you believe we have such data.

We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy, unless separate consent is required by law.
