Request account and data deletion

This page applies to the Dinoboo Hub app and website operated by DINOBOO DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED.

You may request deletion of your login account and related personal data as described below.

Dinoboo Hub currently supports account deletion via a manual request (no in-app self-serve delete button yet). Follow these steps:

Step 1: Sign in to Dinoboo Hub (web or app) with the account to delete — if you still can.

Step 2: Email admin@dinoboo.vn with the subject: “[Dinoboo Hub] Account deletion request”.

Step 3: Include: (a) the registered email; (b) full / display name; (c) confirmation that you want the account and related data deleted; (d) if you are a tenant admin, whether you also want the workspace/organization deleted or only your personal account.

Step 4: We verify account ownership (we may require a reply from the registered email). After verification, we process the request.

When an account deletion request is accepted, we delete or anonymize personal data tied to the account, including where technically reasonable:

• Account profile: name, login email, user profile fields.

• Sessions / device tokens for that account.

• Your app grants / memberships in organizations (you are removed from those orgs).

If you are a workspace owner (tenant admin) and request organization deletion: that org’s business data (customers, orders, inventory, synced conversations, etc.) will be scheduled for deletion after confirmation.

Some data may be kept for a limited period when required by law or legitimate operations, for example:

• Payment / billing records for packages (accounting and fraud prevention) — typically up to applicable Vietnamese retention periods.

• Anonymized / aggregated technical logs that no longer identify you.

• Organization data where you were only a member: org data remains with the organization; your personal account is still removed from the org.

• System backups may persist for a short backup cycle before being overwritten.

After a valid request is verified, we typically complete account deletion within 30 days. Legally required records (e.g. payment evidence) may be kept longer as in section 4.

You may request deletion or correction of some personal data without deleting the whole account:

• Update name / profile fields in Settings when available.

• Disconnect social channels (Facebook / Zalo…) in the Social app.

• Ask an org admin to revoke app access or remove you from the org.

• Email admin@dinoboo.vn describing what to delete or change (e.g. phone number, profile notes).
